How much weight should I lose and what exercises can I do to look better?...

...[pics included]? I used to be more active, but I've always been more into art and music.
Since I'm not doing gymnastics, basketball, I've wanted to start dance and playing tennis for fun.

I'm 5'6-7 and I weigh a little under 150 lbs. I want to tone my tummy, arms, and thighs especially. And I feel like my neck is getting fat too. I'm going for the role of Maria for next fall's musical, so I want to be healthy and in shape. It's for me, not just because this guy basically called me fat, and that my relatives tell me to exercise every day because of how my body is. :P

Yeah, when I do exercise I tend to overdo it. I can go for hours when I devote enough time.
I've never had someone say I look model gorgeous. I just like having pictures of myself so I can see what I look like, and plus I like photography. My little brother took most of these though :)

I'll try Pilates again. I'm tired of asthma being my excuse, having low energy, being insecure...
