i'm a 22 year old female, approx 310 lbs, and i'm just gettin started dieting. i've tried stuff in the past that hasn't worked, i think mainly because i got bored and didn't stick with it. so i'm really trying this time. we bought a gold's gym powerspin 360 exercise bike, and i do it about 30 min every other day (hard with a busy schedule) i'm also doing some crunches. as far as food, i'm trying to stick with some fruits, and healthy portions of other foods, and have cut out junk food and soda, and have gone to water, pomagranet juice (occasionaly, and not much), typically this is what i eat, grapefruit for breakfast, lunch varies, it's hard to find something to eat where i'm working, so any ideas would be appreciated, but typically it'd be a hot pocket or one of those mini chicken pot pies, dinner is just a typical meal my parents cook, i try not to eat much and then i make a fruit smoothie consisting of blueberries, half a banana, and like 2 strawberries, with non fat milk, 2 tablespoons of whey protein, and flax seeds, and some ice cubes. so if i keep up this routine for say a month, how much would/body fat could i approx lose? and any other suggestions would be appreciated, esp with food, particularly lunch. i don't over eat, but i need to find more healthy things to eat, and i'm pretty picky which makes it harder. so if you could answer the approx weight loss, and any suggestions for lunches, and point out anything i might be doing wrong, or something else i could add. thanks!
