I am a 16 year old girl, 5'4 and 155 lbs.
I have 18 weeks to lose some weight, and I've come up with an exercise regime to help me accomplish this:
I would go to 4 cardio aerobics classes and 1 muscle-toning class per week.
If I follow through with my plan for the full 18 weeks, how much weight do you estimate I'll be able to lose? (assuming I eat healthily)
