Recently I decided to get serious about losing weight! A girl I knew that was way bigger than me used it and lost sooo much weight, a long with a strict diet and exercise plan...SO I KNOW that it helps in weight lost. my question is How much weight can I lose in 2 months, if I exercise daily for an HR on a strict diet...my 20th bday is coming up in July, and I refuse to spend another FAT bday. I'm also considering doing the master cleanse for 10 days (did it before for 8 days and lost 11 lbs), I am looking for advice from an expert or someone with experience.
