How much weight can a 1985 Toyota 4Runner fibre glass roof take?

I want to mount a full length heavy duty roof rack to my 4Runner, but need to know how much weight the fibreglass roof can take, also what the best method of mounting the roof is? Do I use the rails or screw something to the roof or both???

Well I can?t tell you the exact weight it can handle but, I can tell you that I flipped my 86 Runner 3 1/2 times down the side of a mountain and the canopy was the only thing that was still in good shape, except for the glass of course.

I have a NWOR rack mounted on my 87 Runner right now and we bolted it on through the roof it self. I?ve had a heavy oak office desk up there and various other things but, it has yet to crack.
