...for triplicate well set? Hi guys,
I have a small question concerning plating cells.
Let's say on our hemocytometer reads:
G1: 6
G2: 10
G3: 10
G4: 6
Average: 8 x 10^4 cells/mL
Dilution Factor: x 2 =
1.6 x 10^5 cells/mL
How much volume of your original solution will we need to plate 5 x 10^3 cells in 1mL well for triplicate well set.
What would you use for C1?
8 x 10^4 cells/mL or 1.6 x 10^5 cells/mL
C1V1= C2V2
C2V1 = (5 x 10^3 cells/1mL)x(3.5 mL)
We need to solve V1...
Thanks you in advance.
