Alright well i have a friend that lives near me, and he insists that he would only get a mistametor for Shooting out a Car window with a Airsoft gun and stealing items inside worth $200?
I keep telling him that he will get a felony for it, but then again i just really don't know the penalty for this stupid action?
He lives in Arizona by the way.
(Driving up to a car, shooting out window with bb gun, Taking items, then driving off.)
