How much the Road tax cost in Bangalore for other state bike?

How much the road tax will cost for a other state Bike (125 CC - 42K basic vehicle cost) which is 18 months old. The RTO website says that 8% of the 93% of the cost of the vehicle should be paid as tax for less than 2 year old bike.

But when i enquired some driving school guys they told it s 10% and commission of Rs. 300 too.

so i want to know how much it will cost for my case. Any help greatly appreciated.
