How much should I take??? SIMPLE QUESTION, ALL I NEED IS YOUR OPINION?

I am trying to decide how many credit hours of college I should take. I usually only take two classes (6 credit hours) which is part time. But this semester I was taking more. I am trying to decide if I should take 14 credit hours or 17 credit hours. I don't want to take too much, in case I get behind. Right now I am taking Sociology, Literature for Young Adults, and Biology. And i am either adding one or two more classes, either an american criminal justice system class, Criminal Investigation, pre calculus, a communication class, or a writing class.

So do you think I should do 14 or 17 credit hours? Which class do you think I should choose between the american criminal justice system, criminal investigation, pre calculus, communication, or writing class?
