Let me start off by saying the bike is brand new in the box. One of the brake bolt's happens to be rusted, but other than that the bike seems to be in good shape. I think I received the bike in 1999 but it could have been 2000... I am just trying to make sure I am not being cheated on a deal that I am trying to make.
