How much should I sell my 1998 Honda Civic EX for?

1998 Civic EX, 2 door coupe.

It has 150,000 miles. I have had no problems with it. My mom owned it before me, and my grandfather before her.

Cons- Cracked windshield, dent on driver side door and missing door handle.

KBB values it at 4200 in excellent condition.

Does $3,300 sound reasonable?
