im trying to start up a milkshake business in my street in bakersfield, CA. i am moving so im not there yet and i cant talk to the city hall but i might if i can because im only 10. anyway is there a website that will tell my the lincences i need (my mum told me i need a licence to sell food and drink and to hold milk) is that true and anything else i need, i need some money for the summer (spent it all on a skatboard). also where do i get these lincences and is there an age rate or somthing. i will be selling bottled water (from wal-mart - can i do it) i will make and sell milkshakes and sodas(from again walmart) also planing to have some employees to help as waitors and make the milkshakes. again im 10 and have about $50-$100 to spend and can porbly not get a loan but i need a quote and help and somthing
