How much should I pay a 14-year-old to feed cat, hamsters & fish?

We're going on vacation and a neighbor girl is feeding our pets and collecting our mail. She comes in once a day. What is a fair price per day?
 
If she's a responsible girl and you KNOW your pets will be OK with her, ask what it's worth to YOU for that peace of mind! If you decide to pay her buttons, she may decide to skip a day here or there. But why don't you talk it over with her? At 14 I'm quite sure she knows her worth!
