There is a 1985 Buick Grand National in this womans back yard. Its been sitting there ever since I was little. I'm 16 years old, and it'd be great to make this my first car. The cars paint is faded, and the tires are flat. What should I offer? Thank you.
Also nearby my house there is an old rust 70 Camaro, no fender, crappy interior, I asked the man how much he wanted....he said he wanted 1800. To me that seems a lot. What should I offer for that as well.
