I am getting a siberian husky and i know it needs alot of grooming, but people say it needs to be groomed everyday and some people say once a week but i am not sure.

Thanks for the answers.

Everyday is better than once a week! I groom my labrador every day, to loose all mated hair, sheds less cos i groom every day,

A quick brush every day - but when moulting, it'll need far more than that.
How often depends on how much hair in the house you can put with!

You would only have to groom it everyday when it's shedding season, otherwise, I'd say probably 5-6 times a week. Huskies shed quite a lot when it's spring and fall, so they require everyday grooming to help them shed their coat. And by the way, once a week isn't enough at all. Huskies are big dogs with thick coats that require lots of grooming (5-6 times a week is a good estimate).

I hope I helped you!
