:)How much should i feed my cycling fish:)?

i am starting my new 10 gallon tank with a fish cycle and i have 3 danios. i was wondering how mush i should feed them. right now i am feeding them about 4-5 flakes per day. i know when my tank is cycle i can feed then more. also when my tank is cycled how much should i feed them then?

It's not so much about only giving them so many flake yet that works. I did 2 days of feeding then held off for 5 days no food then I would feed them lightly for a few days then skip a day. During the ammonia or nitrite spike hold off feeding for a few days.

Just remember check your water everyday twice a day in am and pm then change water as needed normaly once everyday about 35% some times more. It's a lot of work to cycle with fish but it can be done. I did it and never lost a fish.

which danio? the giant danios as much as they can finish in 5 mins once a day...the little ones (zebra/blue/etc) as much they can finish in 1-2 minutes 3x a day...mix up the diet everynow and then...add blood worms to the menu
