I have been playing at local wineries for some time now and have been invited to perform at a few weddings, but I don't know what to charge! The first wedding I'm going to be performing my own compositions and I'm going to play as background music while they're eating (indoors). I do not use a sound board and the only thing I have to set up is a small fender amp, so I don't really have to spend any time setting up, except for testing the sound level and making sure I don't blow their eardrums out and remain as background music. Any suggestions on how much I should charge?
Is that the going hourly rate?

That's not a little low for the total job? I make around 50-60 dollars an hour after tips just from playing at the wineries
