Ok.. So my neighbor who is a photographer recently asked to use my kids in a photo shoot and now I am being told I have to pay for photos of my own kids.(is this right?) We ended up being at the photo shoot from 6-8.. She did buy the clothes for them and the next day gave them a present. However, when she originally spoke to me about the photo shoot she told me she would make a photo album for me of the photos...I thought this was in exchange for me allowing her to photograph my children and use the photo for her photography contest.
She did tell me that she wants to use them again, but what steps should I take to make sure either the kids can be paid or I can receive a copy of all the photos.. This recent shoot they took at least 500 photos and I was only emailed 3 photos and was told I can get one 8x 10 photo. I feel used and cheated what should I do?
