i dont know if they want trim or ceilings yet, so right now im just thinking about the walls. there is about 1200 sq feet total of wall for 7 rooms and a hallway. they want to keep it cheap (like $20/room) but i want to make a decent and reasonable amount of money. i am not a professional but i do have experience.
