I'm a 15 year old girl, 5'6 and half, and weigh 99 pounds. I'm currently training for a triathlon and lift weights and run 3 or 4 miles, or swim a mile, or bike 20 miles everyday. I used to weigh 106 pounds but went on a restriction diet for the past few months. I now eat about 2200 calories a day. Is this the right amount? Should I gain weight?
