How much should a 2nd hand 2006 Specialized Transition Bicycle Multi-Sport cost?

I'm looking into getting into Triathlons. I found a 2006 Specialized Transition Bicycle Multi-Sport for about $700 with all components upgraded to Shimano 105s. Is this a good deal? Is this a good bike to start with?
