I'm a 28 year old male. I'm 5'8" & I weigh around 150 lbs. My workouts with weights usually take about 45 minutes. One day I'll hit my bi & triceps and chest. The next day I'll do my back & shoulders. I'll throw legs in there once a week. I workout 5 times a week with weights. I make my own protein shakes that I take after every workout. My shakes consist of 2 cups of soy milk, one heaping scoop of whey protein powder (25g of protein), tablespoon of peanut butter, & a teaspoon of Fax Seed meal. I think the shake has approximately 35-40 grams of Protein in it. Is that enough of protein? Do I need to add more or less protein?
Oh, and I do my legs once a week & I do cardio 4 times a week.
