how much oil do you mix with gas for a two stroke engine on a honda cr85r dirt bike?

i just got a dirtbike for my feiance and he needs to know how much oil to mix with the gas in the honda cr85r bike he thinks hes mixin it to rich so he added 4gallons to a little bottle i think it was 8oz but the gas still has a blue tint and white smoke when he runs it so i figure its ok

the cap of the oil and mix tha gas with oil in the container you have the oil in
