How Much off MSRP Does Fords Z Plan usually take off?

I have an uncle who worked with ford for 20 years or so and can get me something called a Z discount or Z plan on a new ford car, Anyone have a rough estimate as to how much it will usually take off the msrp of a new car. Like % wise? Thanks.
