ok, so first of all,
I'm 16
, 118 lbs
, 4% body fat
, 19 BMI
, in a decent shape
, fairly muscular
, and male.

If you weight train during your teenage years, you will stunt your growth.
but the question is, HOW MUCH of weight training will stunt your growth?

here is an overview of some workouts I do:
bench press: 3x10 (85-95 lbs)
box squat: 3x10 (185 lbs)
bicept curls: 3x10 (20 lbs)
tricept v-downs: 3x10 (60 lbs)
shoulder press: 3x10 (70-80 lbs)

you can see that I squat alot of weight compared to other workouts (because i run)
my most recent mile time was 7:11

SO, the main question was, how much of weight training will stunt my growth?
are some of the workouts going to affect my growth?
can I lift heavier weights if i wanted to?
do i need to lessen the number of weights?
should i just do more reps instead of heavier weight?
