how much of this fruit or leaves would u need to eat before it took effect?

the potato plants is part of the deadly nightshade family and has neurotoxins in its stems leaves and anywhere it is green
i am wondering how many leaves or fruit of the potato plant you would need to eat to become sick or die from the effects of the toxins?
