...through what means? I know that one can verify all your employers through the SSA, but would an employer typically do this in their pre-employment screening? My guess is they Just pull a credit bureau since the application mentions nothing of the SSA on there. The reason I ask is that there is a job I have omitted from my resume due ot the fact I was not there very long and it is virtually identical to another that I had afterwards, and so it adds no value to my resume. Should I disclose this on the application for fear they may find it, or is there really no chance they could find it so long as I never applied for credit using this as an occupation, hence generating a credit based inquiry?
