How much of a discount does an employee of bob's cycle center get if he buys a brand

new bike? Also if any answerers out there work at a bike shop currently, or have worked at a bike shop before... how much of a discount did/do you typically get for a brand new bike costing about $1,300 dollars??

This guy I am buying a bicycle from on Craigslist, purchased a discount bike through a family member discount at bob's cycle center, and I want to make sure I'm not giving him more money than he paid for the bike in the first place...

If you don't like the price the guy is offering, then pay full retail price at the counter.
