How much money should I get after I get out of Boot Camp?

-My mos might be either Engineering or Infantry? so how is the pay for both
-Reason why I ask I would like to take my Family to Puerto Rico for a Vacation, For the 10 days I get after boot...
 
Pay is exactly the same for both of you. You say you're married, so you'll be making more because you have 1 dependent.

It depends entirely on how much the BAH rate is for the area where you enlisted.

The BAH rate where my husband enlisted was $1,081 and he left boot camp with around $5,000. My friend's BAH rate was $1600 and her husband left with about $7,000. I'd say depending on how much money you spend in BCT, you'll probably leave with anywhere between $3,000-$6,000.
