How much money for warm clothing in London?

Hi, I'm going to London in December 2009.

I hear that this is the coldest time of year. I need to know how much it will cost me for a full outfit to battle the cold (and water). I'm talking jacket, pants, shoes, gloves and anything else that's necessary.

Also any good stores you'd recommend? I'm looking for average priced clothes, nothing really expensive.
