How much money does the Army and Navy reserve pay each month to officers?

I'm 32, most of the way through a graduate degree and would like to join either active duty navy or army, or become a reservist. I'd like to know how much reservists make each month, especially O1/O2 officers.

um.. i meant money. thanks :) i don't think i was clear, my apologies.
oh dear, 30 is the cut off? if I join the reserves as an officer, is it possible to transfer active duty as an officer?
