How much money do you think can sell my xbox plus alot of other stuff for?

Ok i plan on selling my xbox and other stuff on ebay... heres the list.

1.Xbox (Normal, Good condition)
2. 4 Wired Controllers (2 black, 1 blue, 1 green)
3. 2 Wireless Michs + There Chargers.
4.Xbox DVD. Controller to it and the sensor itself.
5. Gauntlet 7 sorrows
6. Burnout Revenge
7. Need For speed Undergroun
8. Need For speed Undergroun 2
9.Star Wars Battle Front 2
10.Unreal Championship 2
11.Burnout 3 TAKEDOWN
12. Rainbow SIx3 Black Arrow
13.GTA 3
14.Rainbow Six Lockdown
15. Fable
16. Counter Strike
17. Doom3 Limted Collector's Edition
18. Crimson Skies, HIgh Road to Revenge
( All disk work, and have some scratches but does not effect game play)


I was thinking proply about $40 for the xbox itself, $5 a controller, $20 each mich (they cost 80 each so), the dvd $10, then each game $3-$4, then Doom about $10.

So about $156 to $180

or am i just dreaming?
