how much money do u have to owe for debt collectors to take u to court?

for a cell phone bill i couldnt afford cause i lost my job to the recsion i owe 187 can they take me to court for that
 
dont be silly infact if you ignore them for 3 years you dont have to pay but expect them to send you letters threatening to take it to court adding on obscene amounts of money to pressure you etc etc

Anyone can take you to court for any amount owed but they never do. I skipped out on nine creditors at the same time and they all cried and I got collections letter saying bla bla bla for three years and never heard a peep again. . . . . $40'000.00 Freeeeeee Seven years will be next year and my credit will be good again
