How much leg room is in a Lexus IS300?

I know it's 42.7" but I want to know if I will have trouble getting in or if i would fit. I am 6'3".
All of my height is in my legs, so I'm a bit more concerned with my knees hitting the steering wheel.
 
They don't make IS300's anymore. I have an 06 IS250 and fit just about right. I'm 6' 185 though. If your heavy you may want to consider a truck.
 
As long as you tilt the seat backwards you'll fit. My friend has one and my head hits the roof without the seat tilted back.
