how much jail time will you get for an arkansas cass c felony for a minor?

my 16 year old sister got cought selling pills at school. the state of arkansas is charging her with 2 class c felonys. she has just found out she is pregnant and was going to get her g.e.d. About how long will she spend in jail?

a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars
For a Class C misdemeanor, the sentence shall not exceed thirty (30) days

so if it's a misdemeanor probably like 2 months unless they take some pity
