this case is wierd, k there is no evidance of the weapon around the area or on the persons involved, no trace of blood or anything to relate the person to this fight. 2 men jumped one man, and his girlfriend, in the fight some one stabbed the male hitting the girl. the fight stopped the person left in a cab and got pulled over 30 seconds later. there is no knife to be found, how can that affect this case.
