It's "The Double Planet" by Isaac Asimov. It's signed by the author, is in pretty good condition other than slightly yellowed pages and minor wear to the dust jacket. Biggest flaw is that the place I bought it from wrote "#300--$3" next to the signature. Not that I intend on selling this, but just out of curiosity, how much would something like this be worth? Or what's a good website where I can find that out?
