How much is this bike worth?

I have a mountain bike, the seat is a bit slashed, tires probably have no air, and it probably needs some maintenance. I do not think that anything on it cannot be fixed. How much is this worth?
More details: It has the word Torque all over it, I believe it has 2 gears, and it looks like it is in good shape besides the things mentioned earlier. It is extremely dirty and has some rust (nothing too serious looking).
 
you should be more pacific on the bike what make what size how many gears and all that
 
If the frame is sound, then the bits you've described can all be replaced. The cost of tools is your problem - a kit to do most things on most bikes will set you back at least £40 (US$60). [1]

Then you'll probably want a book to help - try to find something as good as the Richard's Bicycle Book, or failing that the Park guide. [2]

The good news is that tools and books will outlast several bikes and probably even you - provided you look after them, which you haven't done with your current bike :-P

If the frame is damaged, then strip the whole thing for spares - it's always worth having bits and pieces to keep other bikes going.
