How much is the Verizon Wireless Connect Plan?

If your not a heavy internet user but you do use it once in while then 75MB would be more then enough. Youtube videos and any type of videos really sweep up lots of MB if not then the Connect plan is $69.99
 
I want to get the the new Samsung Rogue from verizon but I'm having trouble figuring out how much I would be spending if I were to get the Connect Plan compared to the 25-75 mb plans.
A lot of people have been saying that it is about the same price as the mb plans. Is there a version that is?
