I have a HTC Touch2, It keeps crashing and has been 'repaired' (as if) 4 times.
I have had it for just over 6 months.
£15 a month, 100 minutes and unlimited texts..
They WON'T replace the phone and it's OBVIOUSLY not getting fixed.
I DO NOT wish to continue as a T Mobile customer.
HELP!
