How much is the Samsung Rogue?

I'm thinking about getting the Samsung Rogue next week because the phone I have now is partially dead. It says everywhere on the internet that it's $100 with the two year plan, but on the Verizon website it says $29.99... Also, my two year plan expires this summer, so how much would it be for me without the two year plan (I've had my old phone for a year and a half).
