I suffered 5 rib fractures and a partially collapsed lung. I was hospitalized for 3 days. I will miss at least 4-6 weeks of work as the whole left side of my body is bruised or scabbed. As a result of her inattention to traffic conditions I am suffering pain that's indescribable. 60mg every 12 hours of Oxycontin just barely keeps me from wanting to put a bullet in my brain. For about a week now I have become one with a lazy-boy chair. I had to buy it ($200) so that I could get some sleep. I destroyed a New $110 Helmet, a pair of Oakley's $80, a $395 Echo-Drive Watch. $300 Leather Jacket, a 2 week old iPhone 4, a $40 pair of gloves, and about $150 worth of clothes that had to be cut off of me. Should I Get an attorney and does someone have a ballpark idea what $$$ I should expect for such an injury?
