How much is it to upgrade to the Rogers Blackberry Torch?

I've had a Rogers plan for three years with the Blackberry Pearl and then about four months ago Rogers sent me a new phone because mine kept breaking. Now my three year phone plan is up and I really want to upgrade. How much would it cost?
