how much is it to get a valve cover replaced in my 1990 honda accord?

im not sure if its the valve cover BUt here is what i have found. oil keeps getting on my spark plugs and its causing me to burn oil i know because i see White smoke from under the hood when i drive. and im not asking how much the parts are im asking how much it would cost to get some one to do it. and if it is something u think a normal person can do give me a hard rating or something. any help would be appreciated
