My brother bought this car from a former roommate with intentions of restoring it, but found out he could buy a car that was already finished for cheaper. He also has no time. As a result he does want to sell. It is basically a beat up shell mounted on a chassis with a dash, and an interior. The front clip is also removed along with the 400 engine, but my brother has them both in the garage. They were just removed, and not missing from the car. What would be a good starting price? My brother has been offered 4000 for it before.
