It has been sitting for a while won't roll well but i believe its due to old chain shifts thru gears and does turn over when attempting to kick start. Plastics faded and missing a broken off piece on rear fender, tires need replacing, tank rusted on inside but good on outside. It belongs to a neighbor but i really want it. What would be a good starting price for negotiating. He does not need it but claims he will fix. Been in his yard for about 1 year. I live in East Texas in case this matters. Thanks in advance.
