A driver hit me while I was riding my bike and an ambulance took me to the ER to get checked out. I had only bruising and now have several large scars from the incident. I didn't miss any work, but was in pain for a little over a month.
I'm not a greedy person, bu along with a $1500 medical bill I have to payback, how much should I negotiate for with the driver's insurance?
