how much is a 1980 pontiac grand prix worth?

Hello, i found a 1980 pontiac grand prix for 1500, It is rust free and dent free, Interior is clean has some stains on it but its clean, the engine is a 301 pontiac motor and it needs a radiator, carburator, and a water pump is 1500 too much how much should i offer him i
 
To replace the radiator and water heater on my truck cost $800+. It will probably cost you that or more, but it depends on how many miles the car has on it. I would pay $750 for it. Im serious, $1500 is way too much.
