How much is a 1977 Honda Goldwing worth if it doesn't run?

I have the opportunity to buy an old Goldwing that isn't running. The seller doesn't have a set price because he doesn't know what its worth. It has around 25k miles and is in decent but not perfect condition.

How much would a bike like this be?
The reason it doesn't run is because of a dead battery and old gas.
 
It's only worth as much as the highest bidder will pay for it. If you both come to a mutual agreement where both are happy, then it all works out.
 
Depends on what is wrong with it, as to why it is not running and how much it is gonna cost to get it into running shape-new tires and tubes-because of dry rot, flush the hydrolic systems and refill with fresh fluid, remove, clean, repair and balance the carbs, new spark plugs, possibly a new tank if rust is thru on the old one.

as it sits right now it could be nothing more than a parts donor, or it could be a decent bike if the person who bought it cheap and put about $700 into it to get it back up to par.
