How much immigration lawyer for adjustment of status?

Your cousin cannot adjust status for his girlfriend, but he can adjust status for his wife if she entered the country on a visa and isn't overstaying it.

They don't need a lawyer. My husband and I filed for his Adjustment of Status without one.
